Eric’s 28th Birthday @ Langkawi

Birthday presents just get harder and harder to think of every year! You want to do better than the year before, yet it has to be something he likes, plus it has to be something you can afford without having to eat bread and butter for the next few months! Sigh….

Since we went to busy busy Hong Kong last year, I thought it would be nice to go somewhere relaxing this time around. Tanjung Rhu has a wonderful all-in-one package that includes accommodation, airport transfer and….24 hour food service!! YES!! And since the package includes food, it’s literally eat-all-you-can from the room service menus + the restaurants at the hotel!! What better way to my man’s heart? It was truly a no brainer…=)

The resort was wonderful…big rooms, sandy beaches, spa and most importantly…scrumptious food and ice blended fruit mocktails…yummy!! We left the resort well rested and definitely a few pounds heavier…*grin*…and I hope we’ll be able to go back sometime in the near future. It was definitely one of the most relaxing holidays we ever had!
